How did I end up here?
A few years ago, I had never climbed a mountain.
One mountain became another, eventually leading me into the Himalayas, above 8,000 meters, and to the summit of Everest.
Now I’m pursuing all 14 of the world’s 8,000m peaks - documenting not just the summits, but the failures, people, decisions and stories along the way.
Within the past year, I’ve climbed several of the world’s 8,000m peaks, including Everest, with expeditions across Nepal, Pakistan and China continuing over the next two years.
